Harinder Lamba

Without specialist advice on India Western companies can tread water for years, suffering low or no revenues and reputational risks. Harinder founded LH-Blenheim Advisors in 2006 with a niche focus on India market entry tactics and issues, business and integrity risks – assisting clients that newly seek the promise of India or struggle to acquire traction.

Harinder previously served as an advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, and as expat head of legal & compliance at Standard Chartered Bank in India. Starting out in 1987, he worked as a lawyer in London advising European companies on India, before transitioning to business/ project development roles based out of Istanbul and Baku. Having amassing years of experience in cross-border business and risk in the immediate aftermath of the dissolution of the Soviet Union, including trade, infrastructure project-development (Container Port, Mining in Kazakhstan, Chemicals Transhipment in Crimea, developing project pipeline) and deal-flow generation across Turkey, former Soviet Republics, and the Caspian Sea region. These roles involved extension international travel to interface with western partners and investors particularly in Europe, the US, India and Australia.

Born, brought-up and educated in India, with higher education in the UK, Harinder is based in London, travelling frequently for work.

Harsha Lal

Until recently, Harsha was CEO at Systemantics India in Bangalore, leading a team to design a game-changing, affordable and easy-to-use robotic arm for pick and place applications. Streamlined the supply chain, and built the sales, marketing and partner ecosystem, while ensuring stakeholder communication and statutory compliance.

Harsha has previously served as Executive Director at Dell, India, in top management, sales and operational roles at Sun Microsystems in India and the US, and as VP at Wipro Technologies. With his experience spanning many years in the world of technology, business, sales, and corporate management, he is well-placed to guide and mentor large and small companies in all aspects of setting up and operating in India and also passionately shepherding start-ups in India.

Having graduated with a top ranking from IIT Kanpur (B. TECH, engineering) and IIM Ahmedabad (MBA), Harsh was brought up in India, and lived for some years in the US. He is based in Bangalore and travels regularly.

Ruhi Grover

Ruhi has many years of experience in community projects dealing specifically with special educational needs and neurological health conditions, within the social care and NHS sector. Trained as an academic and having taught variously in the US, New Zealand and Japan, she has a PhD in Environmental History from the University of Virginia, US, and learned the ropes of working life at her first job at The Times of India, Delhi, as a journalist and TV anchor of a popular morning current affairs & news programme.

She is well placed to help and mentor companies interested in the Indian Education, Media and Social services sectors, and to support corporate CSR objectives and activities related to NGOs or charities in India. Born and brought up in India, having earned a B.A. from the Lady Shri Ram College and an M.A. from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Ruhi is based in London.

Chris Disspain

A highly experienced advisor on international business particularly with a technology and digital focus, with over 40 years of cross-cultural business experience. Chris offers multi-faceted expertise in business strategy, governance, finance, risk, IP, IT, digital and cyber-security to Western businesses already working in India or evaluating market entry strategies for the Indian Market.

Chris is Chair of The Management Team at the Brooke Consultancy, London, which is associated with LH-B and has a long-standing interest in India.

Having begun his career as a corporate lawyer in the UK and Australia, in 1996 Chris co-wrote the best-selling “Creating Your Fuller Life Map” which was then developed into a highly successful online business which he and his partners sold in 1999. He then served from 2000 as CEO of the independent governing body of the Australian Internet country code.

Having served (2011-2020) as Non-Executive Director at ICANN (The International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), and 7 years as a member of the UN’s Secretary-General’s Internet Governance Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group, Chris also sits on a number of Boards and Advisory Committees of tech companies involved in innovative hardware, software, network development and market disruption.

Chris is an accomplished speaker and panellist at a range of events and now lives in London.

Prabhakar Aloka

Prabhakar commands a career experience spanning 35 years in state-level and national law enforcement and intelligence.

Having recently left service, Prabhakar has also been an accomplished author of the acclaimed spy thrillers ‘Operation Haygreeva’ and ‘Operation Sudarshan’. An uncompromising patriot, Prabhakar is scrupulous in demanding high standards of public conduct and the protection of life and property. He lives in Delhi and travels frequently.

Mickela Moore

Mickela represents LH-B in business development and client relations in Northern Europe, particularly in the German-speaking, regions – including neighbouring Eastern European countries. She is a US-qualified lawyer based in Vienna for many years, well-networked and highly adept in building business relationships. Mickela is also highly active in social, cultural and charitable activities, with a passion for Indian Bollywood dancing as a hobby.

Hon’ble Raghuvendra S. Chauhan

Justice R. S. Chauhan served as Hon’ble Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Karnataka and Telangana High Courts, before elevation as Chief Justice of the Telangana and then Uttrakhand High Courts.

Having been brought up and educated in the US, he moved to India for Law School. With a long and distinguished career behind him, Chief Justice Chauhan is an erudite Statesman, a fair-minded, deep thinker, and a patron of the fine Arts, with precious deep insights into the mindset and workings of public entities and agencies and the Indian judicial system. He is deeply committed to upholding the highest standards and values in Public Life.

Since retiring from the bench, CJ Chauhan has also established an Arbitrator Practice based in Delhi.
